Do you offer free shipping or pickup?

Shipping is free on all orders over $100.
We do offer free pick up in Vancouver, WA when pre-approved. Email us at crownedwithgraceinc.com for approval and to schedule your pickup.

What is your return policy?

All unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Please do not put cologne or perfume on the merchandise since we will not accept. To exchange or return an item: Please email us at Crownedwithgraceinc@gmail.com with order # and the reason for the return. 1.1 A prepaid shipping label will be provided ONLY if we are deemed "at fault". Causes for an "at fault" return or exchange include, but are not limited to: a damaged item wrong order sent or an incomplete order accidentally sent. Other reasons deemed not at fault -- including, but not limited to: Size changes Not liking the garment Ordering the wrong item Other preference-related reasons Order returns or exchanges not at fault of Crowned with Grace will absolve Crowned with Grace of the responsibility to offer a prepaid shipping label. 2. If at fault, an exchange will be created. You can use the return label provided to you to send your original item back. You'll need to return the original item within 30 days to avoid being charged for both the original and exchange items. For exchange, your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return is received. No return or exchange will be allowed for return request that is requested after 30 calendar days after the delivery of the merchandise. 3. If not at fault, the customer is responsible for return postage. All returned merchandise not being exchange shall be given a store credit. How long will it take until I receive my order?

Our suppliers put extra effort into ensuring excellence in every product before the Crowned With Grace Team reviews, approves and ships to you so please expect an average of  10-17 days to receive your product.
